Booking Terms

These terms apply to all bookings of our property and are presented at checkout alongside our house rules.

Guest Agreement

By booking this property, you agree to Truvi's Guest Agreement, which governs your stay alongside our house rules. It sets out your responsibility for any damage to the property during your stay and other booking terms. Full text: Truvi Guest Agreement.

Guest Screening

For the safety of our guests and property, bookings are screened using Truvi, a third-party verification service that checks basic identity and contact details. See Truvi's Privacy Policy for details.

Cancellation

Full refund if cancelled at least 30 days before check-in; partial refund 7–30 days before check-in.
